Returns & Exchanges

At BellaKate, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept in-store and online returns for store credit or exchange within 5 days of purchase for in-store orders and within 5 days of delivery for online orders.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be free of fragrance, makeup, pet hair, or damage
• Proof of purchase is required

All approved returns will be issued as BellaKate store credit or exchanged for another item. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

To start an online return, please email hello@shopBellaKate.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Special orders or personalized items
• Jewelry
• Scarves
• Beauty and personal care products
• Sale or clearance merchandise
• Gift cards

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your return. Approved store credit or exchanges will be processed within 2 business days.

BellaKate reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above requirements.
